Resources
Your educational content library — articles, PDFs, videos and links — and how clients reach what's been shared with them.
Resources are the educational material you hand clients: a PDF on portion sizes, a video on meal prep, a link to something worth reading. Keeping them here means a client can find them later instead of scrolling back through a chat.
Open Resources at /resources.

The staff view
Two tabs:
- Library — everything your practice has, as cards showing the title, description, category, and a type badge. View opens the resource itself.
- Assigned — which resources have gone to which clients, and when.
Each resource is one of four types:
| Type | What it is |
|---|---|
| Article | Written content held in the product. |
| An uploaded file. | |
| Video | An embedded or linked video. |
| Link | A plain external URL. |
Resources also carry a category and tags for organisation, and can be marked public.
Current limitation — adding and assigning
Adding a resource and assigning one to a client aren't available in the staff interface yet. Like Assessments, both tabs are read‑only — they show what exists and where it's gone, with no New resource or Assign control.
| Step | Available in the app? |
|---|---|
| Add a resource to the library | ✗ Not in the staff UI |
| Assign it to a client | ✗ Not in the staff UI |
| Client opens what's been shared | ✓ Works, in the client portal |
| See who's been given what | ✓ Works, on this page |
Library content has to be loaded for you on the back end. If you're sitting on a pile of handouts you want in here, raise it through Get help at the bottom of the sidebar.
What clients see
In their portal under Resources, clients see everything assigned to them with a View button that opens the file or link. That half works end to end.
