Courses

A course is your knowledge, written down once, delivered to every client automatically. Instead of explaining insulin resistance in the same consultation for the twentieth time, you write it once as a chapter and share it — and the consultation is spent on this client instead of on the explanation.

Each card shows the course's status, its chapter count, and how many clients are enrolled. Search by title, and filter by All · Draft · Published · Archived.

1. Create a course

Click New course, give it a title, and you land in the builder. It has three tabs — Content · Sharing · Analytics.

2. Content — build the chapters

Chapters come in two kinds, and you can mix them in any order:

• Text chapter — a rich‑text lesson. Headings, lists, emphasis.
• Video chapter — an embedded YouTube video. Paste the URL; the builder validates it's a real YouTube link and previews the embed rather than letting you save a dead one.

Chapters are ordered, so the course reads as a path rather than a folder of files.

3. Sharing — get it in front of clients

Two ways, and the difference matters:

Share by plan — link the course to one or more client plans. Everyone currently on that plan is enrolled, and anyone who joins the plan later is enrolled automatically. This is the one you want: set it up once and every future client on that package gets the course without you doing anything.

Share directly — pick individual clients. Use it for one‑offs and exceptions.

4. Analytics — see if anyone actually read it

The Analytics tab shows Enrolled, In progress, and completion figures, with a per‑client breakdown you can filter by All · Active · Completed · Archived.

Worth checking before you write the next one. A course nobody finishes is a signal about length or framing, and you only get that signal by looking.

Status: draft → published → archived

A course stays Draft while you build it — invisible to clients no matter who it's shared with. Publish when it's ready. Archive retires it without destroying the progress of clients who already worked through it.

Tip: publish a short course rather than perfecting a long one. Three chapters clients finish beats twelve they abandon, and the Analytics tab will tell you which you've built.

What clients see

In their portal under Courses, clients see everything they're enrolled in with a progress ring on each. Opening one drops them into the player: chapters in order, progress saved as they go, so they can stop mid‑course and come back.

Common workflows

1. New course → Getting Started → add three chapters.
2. Publish it.
3. Sharing → Share by plan → link it to every plan you sell.
4. Done permanently. Every future client is enrolled on the day they join.

"Send one client a specific explainer"

Sharing → Share directly → pick the client. No plan changes, no side effects.
